- Thermo-Fused Laminate (TFL): Scratch-resistant, moisture-resistant, and easy to clean. Available in a wide range of colors and woodgrain textures.
- Melamine-Coated Particleboard: A strong, budget-friendly option ideal for daily use, offering a clean look and reliable performance.
- Solid Wood Fronts & Trim (optional upgrades): Add natural warmth and elegance with real wood finishes, professionally stained and sealed.
- Hardware: Soft-close hinges and drawer slides, full-extension runners, and customizable handles in a variety of finishes (brushed nickel, matte black, gold, etc.).
- Shelving & Rods: Heavy-duty, adjustable steel components coated for rust resistance and longevity.

What’s Covered
- Structural integrity of the closet system under normal residential use.
- Workmanship of installation (if installed by our certified team).
- Factory defects in materials, including panels, shelves, rods, and hardware.
What’s Not Covered
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents.
- Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage (e.g., scratches, fading).
- Modifications or repairs made by non-authorized parties.
- Commercial or rental use.
Making a Warranty Claim
To file a warranty claim, please contact our Customer Support team with your proof of purchase and photographs of the issue. We will assess your request and work with you to resolve the issue quickly and fairly.
